A very good Mutant Epoch supplement

If you have The Mutant Epoch main book and were thinking yes but I need a settling. This is the book for you. If you read the Mutant Epoch, and didn't like it just move on. The book is huge and filled with information about the various factions, communities, geography, and NPCs. Personally I could have done with fewer random encounter charts. (Seriously there is a day and night random encounter customized for each major community.) The easily offended will definitely be turned off by the matter of fact inclusion of slavery, and sexual exploitation. The book also continues the editing issues present in the main book, but the issues don't prevent the book from being readable.

This massive book is an extensive and comprehensive setting for The Mutant Epoch RPG. Two major factions, mutants vs pure stock humans, and two minor, and allied, factions Upper Freehold and Southern Freehold. Detailed communities, maps, encounter tables unique for each community. Great book. The author breaks down the material very simple. If your a complete novice it will help you. I have 10+ years on repairing computers, first time going after a cert. I have my college degree. But needed to get this cert along with others to prove to other potential employers I know my stuff.

I purchased this book on 5/18/16 and used the software to test myself to see where I needed to focus on. Then after the practice exam I scheduled the 220-901 exam in 2 weeks. 6-11-16 Week 1 study 2 chapters every evening and did the quizzes. At the end of week 1, i did the practice exam and saw an improvement in score. Repeat for 2nd week and score a little higher. Went in and passed 220-901 exam, minimum score is 675/900 I scored 800.

Repeated the same process with 220-902 exam. 6-24-16 Minimum score to pass was 700/900 and my score was 757. Knocked this out in 1 month time. Keep in mind I don't have kids, wife, gf or other distractions to hold me back. Just saying what worked for me.

An excellent study and practice resource for passing both the 901 and 902 exams

This book does an outstanding job of presenting all of the need-to-know information to pass the 220-901/902 exams. My only critique is that it is laid out more like a technical manual in that the chapters are not laid out to cover 901 and then 902, so there is overlap within the chapters of material and questions that you would find on both the 901 and 902 exams. There's no easy reference to determine which pages to study for which exam. If you are planning on sitting for both exams back-to-back, this text is indispensable.

The bonus videos and real-world scenarios that can be found online after you have purchased the book are also very useful, as are the practice exams on the CD that comes with the book. The practice exams contain 655 sample questions.

This book was fantastic for exactly what it says. Cramming. The rip out sheets were the best portion for some basic memorization. I have to credit it at least a bit for helping me pass the 901 and 902 on the same day 2 weeks after I started studying. GOing to buy the exam cram for Network+ and Security+ when I go for those.

I found the book "Of Beards and Men" interesting at the start. It had a wealth of history which was difficult for me to keep all together in my had. It had information of people throughout history in political,religion,and military positions. All with and without beards. A well written book!

The contents of this book originates from 35 years of teaching Steam Generators to graduate students at the Politecnico of Milan, Italy and from 45 years of professional activity in this area. This book has been written for practising designers, users, and engineers of steam generators in order to guide them through practical problems and help avoiding technical mistakes. Also the academic scientists and university students who are interested in problems of power generation can find useful information.

The first part of the book presents the different types of generators which are installed either in industrial plants like power plants. In particular boilers for energy of regenerative sources are included. Information about the optimized solutions, the energetic saving, and the mistakes to be avoided is given to the designer. In the second section both, the thermodynamic calculation and the fluid dynamics are developed according to rigorous scientific criteria. In this section, the author presents several of his original studies. Finally, optimizing criteria are illustrated and computer calculations are shown according to the calculation criteria that are indicated in the book.
An appendix includes an in-depth analysis of a few topics discussed in previous chapters and a study about finned tubes.
