I can't remember the last time I colored anything, but a friend recommended this coloring book to me so I figured, why not? I ordered a big set of colored pencils and just went at it!The photo that I included is of the first page that I started working on. Just that one word took me about an hour. This coloring book is definitely going to keep me busy for a while. I just got a really cool set of gel pens and I can't wait to try them out on the next page after I finish this one with my colored pencils.The pages of this coloring book have a nice thickness next to them and I chose this as my first coloring book because I really like the black background on all of the pages. Oh, and they're not double-sided either, so you don't have to worry about bleeding through if you use markers.The only thing I didn't like is that the pages are not perforated so it makes tearing them out slightly difficult. My husband suggested that I use a box cutter or something and try to slice down the middle of the spine of the book, then try to loosen the pages that way. That might work, hopefully. Otherwise, my husband's in big trouble. (I'm kidding. Or am I?)

I have the original fucksicles book and when I saw there was a black background version I had to have it! So bad I got 2 copies! So different from other sweary coloring books with the Popsicle letters, the black backgrounds allow for some bright neon colors to be used! Sharpies and gel pens work great! You can use anything really and it'll pop! I just like the neons because the picture looks awesome under black light! Highly recommend!!

At first, I wasn't entirely sure if this style of John's was going to be for me, but when the Summer Nights Edition came out, I figured I'd give it a shot. A few of the designs seem to be missing the black in places, probably just overlooked but it's not a big deal, I just fill them in with black pen or marker to keep the consistency. I actually used gel pens on one of the pages, which I don't usually do for an entire page because it tends to take up a lot of ink. It did, but it also felt like it didn't take as much as I thought it would, but maybe that's because I used a variety of colors on it. Nonetheless, I do really enjoy this book.

So, I already own the regular version of this book, but as soon as I saw this one, I had to have it too... The days I waited for it to be available seemed like weeks, and even my prime shipping was making me wait too long. The wait was, however worth it, the raunchy cute just drips from every page, crying out for some attention from my neon markers. Since the designs are one-sided, I don't have to worry about ruining the backsides of the pages. This is an all around great coloring book, and not just on the days that make you feel like cussing up a storm.

I pretty much love all of my coloring books that come out with "midnight" editions, and this was no exception. The paper is great, the drawings are adorable and sweary, and they are all popsicles! SO much fun! I used my Martha Stewart Crafts Glitter Markers Set, Warm Spectrum on the picture that has been partially colored.

All designs are one sided so you can use markers. The paper itself is fairly thin, but nothing a piece of paper underneath won't fix. My main complaint is the fucksicles logo on every piece. I feel it would be better without that interfering in the overall picture.

This book is SO. MUCH. FUN!!! Great pictures and the "midnight" aspect means you can use super bright or neon colors and really make the designs pop! Pages are single-sided, which is great for someone like me wgo uses markers. Everything by this artist is a ton of fun. I'd recommend any of his books!

Love, love, love this book! John is a great artist and this is no exception. The black paper makes your colors pop, especially when you use neon or glitter markers or gel pens. If you really want to color your stress away, get this book.

This text was required for a graduate level nursing course so it's not like I chose it. I'm sure the information it contains is mostly accurate but the text is full of typographical and gramatical errors which slows down the reading and makes you question how carefully the book was researched or written. It definitely needs to have a professional medical editor review and correction.

It is well updated and most clinically relevant. Nice illustrations. One thing the authors need to change is the topic of therapeutic hypothermia, noting they put 2 chapters to address it, while only one will do. Even if they wanted it to be on 2 chapters, I don't see the wisdom of separating them apart as it's in the text. Otherwise, a great uptodate review book, lacking some details.

Recommended by a preceptor.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Stefan Jablonski Since 1994 Stefan Jablonski is Full Professor in Computer Science (Database Systems) at the University of Erlangen-Nuernberg. Before that, he was affiliated with Digital Equipment Corporation from 1991 to 1994 where he was responsible for advanced development in the areas integration technologies and especially workflow management. Since 1994 Stefan Jablonski has given lectures in database management, web based application development, integration technologies and workflow. He has published more than 100 papers, mainly in the area of business process engineering and workflow management. He is author of five books in the area of database and workflow management.   Ilia Petrov Ilia Petrov is a researcher at the department of database systems at the University of Erlangen-Nuernberg, Germany, where he is actively involved in research in the field of web integration technologies and web-services, as well as in the filed of metadata management and repositories. There is much common functionality between this. Very interesting book. Amazing that this guy survived all through Kursk and the battles around Budapest through the end of the war. I am curious as to how they kept their logistics connection when they wandered through Hungary and Austria. Then the comments about how the Russians took note of the difference in life style from Russia and how they stock piled goods for the return home are right in line with other reports as well as the over blown enemy tanks destroyed reports. Good reading. Would have liked more in depth battle reports from the Russian perspective.

Interesting book. Essentially a lucky man as all survivors were; a German sniper killed a man standing next to him thinking that man was an officer while Bryukov although an officer was dressed as an ordinary soldier. Also he managed to jump out of two tanks destroyed under him. To ensure Bryukov survived the last few months of the war his brigade commander promoted him to the brigade staff, keeping him out of a tank, though he still faced some danger. I give it only 4 starts instead of 5, because two of the last chapters read like the brigade log, since Bryukov was no longer the commander of a tank.

This is a fairly good book from a Soviet author, although this is not the first such book I have read. There seems to be a required plot for Soviet authors on WW2 and this one follows it. Plenty of combat but written so it is hard to tell if this is fact, bad memory, or fiction. Still, lots of combat and a non-German view of the war on the Eastern Front. Not quite up to TANK RIDER but readable.

It was a good account of day to day action until the author moves out of tanks and into a commanding role. Then it's switches to a lot of big picture stuff and no longer tells of the action as first person. Still a good read.

I author is honest in his recounting of his experiences, and shows the reader what World War Two was like not only for the Russian military, but also, for the villagers and Russian people overall.I enjoyed this book a great deal.
