I have yet to try any of the recipes, but am disappointed by the typos (e.g., "This means that you can set Instant Pot for quickly releasing inside pressure. It releases pressure in quicker was as compared to the above function."); copy/paste errors (e.g., "Slow Cook: With this function, your Instant pot converts into a rice cooker..."); and poor English (e.g., "Pour the cinnamon, cloves, bay leaf..."). With no photos and vague titles (e.g., "Broccoli Salmon Meal"), it is difficult to understand what the finished product will be.Rereading the positive reviews, it is obvious that they are not trustworthy.

Intro about the instant pot is included, feature, lots of colorful pictures, settings on the unit.Each recipe starts with a title, prep, cook time, servings and list of ingredients which you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat, low sugar and fresh instead of canned products.Directions are given for a 3 quart instant pot so I figure if you double it you can then have leftover for another meal or freezer meal-depending on what items are included.Some nutritonal info per servings: calories, fat-NOT broken up into good or bad, carbs, fiber, protein, NO sodium.There are NO pictures.Classic hash brown frittata sound really good with a few substittuions.
This book has either has many typos or maybe the author's first language is not english. Either way, I had to reread the directions a lot to try to figure out what was meant.
Disappointed. It’s like someone xeroxed some recipes and bound together in a book. No photos. Just typed paper. Don’t waste your money on this one.
Recipes look good albeit repetitive BUT THERE IS NO INDEX! Makes it a bit useless unless I want to thumb through an entire section to find a use for my potatoes or chicken or cabbage.
This book must have been written "in real quick time", instructions vague and sometimes difficult to decipher, no pictures in kindle version.
Meh,nothing special,just ok,no pictures.
I wish there were more everyday, old fashion type recipes. More comfort food type things. Helping an elderly couple use this and they are not very receptive to all the “exotic things†that most of us are. I intend to try quite a few myself but not a good fit for intended purpose.
