These books are awesome, inspiring and fill a void that American Muslims had, when growing up!Since the characters are American Muslims and the stories take place in America, the stories are relatable and help re-enforce the American Muslim identity in kids. My son and my friend's children (a boy and a girl) love these books and make connections with the stories and characters.They have:- Kind, caring, realistic, personable characters- Beautiful, cute, colorful graphics and material depicting stories that kids enjoy- Each story creates a good take away message for the kids.- Typically two stories in each book.There is a guide for parents at the beginning of each story.- At the end an Arabic letter is introduced, along with a few Arabic words that include that letter, in a fun way with pictures, pronunciation and English translations. My son enjoys reading and learning the Arabic words.Thank you very much for your great books, Noor Kids!May Allah bless the mothers of all of you, awesome founders and staff, mashaAllah.PS. My eight year old son had the opportunity to meet Mr Amin Aaser, the author at an event in our mosque. Mr Amin read and performed a few of their books, in person, for the kids. My son always remembers him and wrote a letter to him, which is attached :)
I hardly write reviewes but can't hold it on this one. We have been fans and consumers of Noor kids since early. I encourage every family to have their books and not just use for Muslim kids, but also for non-Muslim kids as well. The books, content, material are top quality and simply works. Many media and books for Muslim kids does not attract them comparing to competition from Disney and it's alike. Noor kids competes and beats any other books we put in front of our kids. The model works. Try it, take some of these books to your school library, mosque library. I have following age kids: boys: 9,6 and 2 year old girl. I say this works for boys and girls up to 11-13 years old!LOVE the passport you included i. This package!!!
Wonderful book. My kids enjoy the stories AND activities in this book. I find the wording in this book easy to understand for my 2 boys (ages 5 and 3.) Subject matter such as patience and resilience mixed with faith in Allah SWT is a difficult concept to teach young children BUT this book is able to relay it in a nice and concise visual presentation using a story like format. JazakAllah Khayr.
I love Noor Kids! Each book has two stories centered around a particular theme or value. I volunteer teach at our Islamic Center Sunday school and use these books to introduce topics from fasting to charity to the value of prayers and respecting our elders. I wish these books had been around when my own children were growing up.
My daughter is only 2 & is a todler but her reaction to Noor kids box from Noor Kids Muslim Children was miraculous Subhana Allah while opening it she Kept chanting Allah's box & loved whatever was in the box.I can't wait till she starts reading Insha Allah ðŸ‘Keep the hard work up & May Allah SWT help your Team flourishing it.Ameen Ameen Suma Ameen
Thisbundle is awesome. I cannot say enough about these books. They are so thoughtfully put together. The stories are engaging. The questions are very thought provoking and the activities keep kids thinking and learning. I am so impressed one book covers iya's, names of Allah, Hadith, historic inventions by muslims and learning Arabic. It makes me want to buy them all!!
Recommended !!!Just a bit pricy
Even though the age range for this book bundle is 4 to 8 years, I bought it for my 10 year old and she loves it. She thought it to be a great learning tool.
