Pascal and his team have worked with major healthcare systems like Inova Health System, Baptist Memorial Healthcare Corporation, Health Sciences North and Salem Health, as well as Fortune 100 companies like Kimberly Clark and Lockheed Martin. I have been using this book for training groups since the first edition. There is some good new content, the formatting is improved and Pascal even added some nice questions to ponder at the end of the chapter. Would definitely recommend it. Easy to read, contains the what's and the why's.
