Stephen Gray is a teacher and writer on spiritual subjects and sacramental medicines. He has worked extensively with Tibetan Buddhism, the Native American Church, and with entheogenic medicines. Written in a clear and easy to read style, Stephan Gray has collected Essays and contributes many himself to show us how misunderstood modern society is. This plant has been around since human history began. It has partnered with humans to contribute to our own evolution. Only in the last 100 years has our government and religions tried to get rid of it because it appears to be threatening to their control. Gray shows us the renassiance that is emerging. I never write reviews but this one deserves it! I have known I had to work with cannabis differently than most around me for a long time now. This is a well rounded guide to the journey work and honoring of this beautiful plant medicine. Cannabis has wanted us to see and work with it in this way for a long time now I find this plant is elated to work with our divine essence in this loving and respectful way.

This is a great book for looking at the historical and current use of cannabis to enhance your personal spirituality. It truly honors what a important medicine cannabis is for your spirit and your health. This is a must read to fully understand the impact that cannabis can have for your well being instead of being a substance that is feared and hated.
Very good book to start using Cannabis the eighth way. Is very open and has no dogmatic tone which other books seem to have. Gives you engouh for a solid practice but leaves a lot of room for individual innovations and alterations. I enjoy it and have had great insights using this sacred medicine the right way.
