I can't believe that Amazon is actually selling this as a 'book'. This is the absolute worst cookbook I have ever encountered...and I own hundreds of cookbooks. This soft cover pamphlet should have come free, WITH the fryer...and I would have had fewer expectations. Absolutely useless, incomplete, unappetizing and untested recipes. The last page has the 'author's' comments of how much work he endured to put this little thing together. There is not one single photo or illustration of food preparation or finished dish. He must be young and inexperienced if this is the best he could do, and yet considers this a great deal of work. It saddens me that any and all rubbish is published these days. Save your money...find your recipes online....at least you are relatively certain that someone has actually attempted to make them.
This book is about air fryer which is a kitchen gadget for cook your food perfect and healthy and this book has recipes over a variety of choice – breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers and even desserts and this book gives an overview of how the air-fryer can be used – grilling, frying, roasting, grilling and baking and some recipes include fried ravioli, burgers and even muffins and for those who are watching out for their calorie intake, this book also gives an idea of how much calorie each serving contains and this Air Fryer cookbook has a great insight and a channel for your recipe of choice and this book provides some great recipes and pictures to expand the versatility of the appliance and we enjoyed the recipes we tried and look forward to doing more and i highly recommend this to anyone who can't eat fried food and I would recommend this book for anyone who is trying to cut down on oil when frying and cooking and i bought this book to help me gain the right recipes and ideas for using my air fryer and this book is very helpful and well written with recipes for anyone no matter age or diet needs and it is being used by both me and my daughter-in-law and we are glad that I bought it and air fryer cookbook is my favorite among those cookbook here in amazon!

Just like most of todays cookbooks this one is just to fancy with all its ingredents and flavors. It doesn't even tell you how to just cook French fries right out of the frozen package. I just want to use it for simple stuff but very few cookbooks today are simple. Maybe their Air Fryer is great but this book doesn't really tell you much about how to use it.
I do not have a Secura Air Fryer, but I have an air fryer by another brand. I found these recipes easy to work with mine. One of the big things I liked about the recipes in this book is that they don't have a ton of ingredients and most of them have ingredient lists that include stuff I keep on hand at home. I didn't have to go to the grocery store and buy stuff just for one recipe. The big thing I didn't like is that there were no pictures. For me, I need pictures in a cookbook. Other than that, I thought this was good.*I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book. This is my honest review.*
I love this air fryer. I purchases it because I wanted to try an air fryer but I didn't want to spend a huge sum of money - afterall, what if I didn't like it - I'd be out a chunk of change. This fryer is amazing!!! Just a quick spray of Pam and a few minutes in the air fryer and food comes out as if it was deep fried. I have over cooked french fries - I didn't realize how much faster it is than an ordinary oven - but I learned to check my food and stop or cook more. I have plans to use this fryer for a while then upgrade to a fancier digital one. My only complaint is that the kabob skewers are really small. you can only make about 4 inch kabobs and they sit so close together in the rack...it just doesn't work for me. This is a great entry level fryer and the price is good for the product. I'm very happy!!!
I'd been toying with the idea of purchasing a hot air fryer for some time, and this book finally pushed me over the edge. (And I mean that in a good way!) Although I haven't actually USED my new fryer yet, one of those big boys is now gracing my kitchen countertop and waiting at the ready. Thanks to this book, I have a better idea of its capabilities, and I'm looking forward to taking it out for a proverbial spin.Only downside? I bought the e-version. Great for reading, but I'd prefer an actual hold-in-my-hand-and-browse book for practical purposes.
